Pieces on wood
Always suggested in the other paintings, there is childhood, associated with innocence, curiosity and wonder.
It becomes the subject of those pieces on wood. Totems, cuddly toys based on real characters, to recover the time when everything was possible. 25x16 inch.
I recently painted a serie on the theme of the buried past, an evocation of time, rich in emotions and meanings.
The layers of paint and textures come out as buried memories, forgotten stories, a past that persists.
